Refund Policy
Every template and kit is covered by a fourteen-day, no-questions-asked refund. If it is not what you expected, you get your money back. No form, no justification, no back-and-forth.
The promise
Within fourteen days of your purchase, email dmumphrey@builtbydusty.com and ask for a refund. You do not have to explain why. Your payment is returned in full to the original payment method.
How to request one
Send an email to dmumphrey@builtbydusty.com from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number so the purchase can be found. That is the whole process. A real person reads it and issues the refund.
The fourteen-day window
These are digital products. The moment you buy, the editable Word and PDF files are delivered and yours to download, keep, and use. Because the goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned the way a physical item can, refunds are available for fourteen days from the date of purchase and not after. Fourteen days is enough time to open every file and decide whether the kit fits your program.
What is covered
The policy applies to every product in the shop: the individual contract and form documents and the bundled kits alike. Custom work, website builds, and workflow diagnostic calls are separate services and are not covered by this policy; their terms are agreed directly before any work begins.
