Who you are dealing with

"Built By Dusty" is the trade name of Dusty Mumphrey, a sole proprietor based in Tyler, Texas. When these terms say "we," "us," or "our," that is who you are contracting with. You can reach us at dmumphrey@builtbydusty.com.

What we sell

The shop sells digital products: editable breeder contracts, forms, checklists, and bundled kits, delivered as downloadable Word and PDF files. We also offer custom services such as website builds, registry platforms, and SEO work, which are quoted and agreed separately before any work begins.

Purchases and delivery

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged through Stripe at checkout. Digital products are delivered instantly: as soon as your payment clears, the files are available to download and are yours to keep. Because delivery is immediate, please read each product description so you know what is included before you buy.

Refunds

Every template and kit is covered by a fourteen-day, no-questions-asked refund. The full terms, including how instant digital delivery affects the window, are on the refund policy page. Custom services are not covered by that policy; their terms are set in the agreement for the work.

Your license to use the templates

When you buy a template or kit, you receive a license to use it within your own breeding or animal business: fill it in, adapt it, and use it with your buyers and clients as much as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the template files themselves, or offer them as your own product, whether free or paid.

The templates are not legal advice

The contracts and forms are drafting aids created by a working breeder, not legal advice, and using them does not create an attorney-client relationship. Animal sales and contract law vary by state. For real-world use, have a local attorney review any agreement, and pay particular attention to governing-law and state-specific disclosure clauses, before you put it in front of a buyer.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the template files are owned by Built By Dusty and protected by copyright. Your purchase grants the usage license described above and nothing more; all other rights are reserved.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The products and services are provided "as is." We do the work to make the templates accurate and useful, but we cannot guarantee a particular legal or business outcome from using them. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business changes. The current version always lives on this page, with the "last updated" date above.
