Pre-Visit Worksheet

The most expensive part of an exotic vet visit is the time the vet spends extracting information from a stressed owner. The Pre-Visit Worksheet replaces that extraction with a structured form the keeper fills at the kitchen table before leaving. Hand it to the vet tech at check-in.
